The washing instructions for the MyPillow 2.0 recommend a spot clean or the use of a mild detergent on a regular cycle, with an extra spin (but no delicate cycle). For drying, it is advised to use an "AIR ONLY" cycle or "Air Fluff" setting, and under no circumstances should the pillow be hung to dry.
